Steve Buss serves as the Executive Director of the One Hope Network in Eugene, Oregon, a collective of local churches in central Lane County. One Hope launched in 2006, and now has 100 participating churches and ministries that join together to show Jesus’ love by Praying Together, Serving the Community Together, and Sharing the Gospel Together.

Steve graduated from Colorado State University and served as a missionary and pastor before being set apart to lead One Hope. He is married to Patti, who is a disciple-maker and fiery co-laborer in advancing God’s kingdom. They have two adult Jesus-following sons, Daniel, and Michael.
